What good is posting a remaster (or better version) of a Dick's Picks release when we can't listen to it? It's neither downlodable nor streamable, understandably.

You can torrent it Doc. And the sound is brilliant too, BTW. I don't feel too bad torrenting the 4/26/69 or 12/19/73 shows that were Dick's Picks. I bought all the Dick's Picks when they came out, so they have my money for these incomplete releases already. I bought those releases and paid with money, these Miller transfers I got for LOVE (it is Valentines day, right?).. love of the shows, love of the VIBE, and respect for the late, great LATVALA who is probably smiling his ass off right now that these shows are now available in their entirety, like Dick wanted, but was unable for petty BS reasons to accomplish while alive. Right on Dick, wherever you are! May the four winds blow you safely home. I think you're still somewhere behind the scenes, inspiring good things to happen. Those '68 shows were probably on your list anyway, knowing how you loved those years. I'm sure they met with your approval!

And thanks to you once again Charlie for taking the time, making the effort, and not just keeping this stash of great sources for your own personal pleasure, but passing them on to all of us happy freaks! Thanks also to folks like The Green Mountain Boys, Sir Mick, Cotsman, Gans, Serrafin, Noah Weiner, Healy, Candelario all the GREAT tapers and folks in the Dead family who leaked, taped, worked or transferred all these shows for all of us. I know I'm leaving out tons of people, but I hope you all feel me here! You guys are the best!
And so are you folks here on the LMA who keep these shows and the love of them alive and open for discussion so we can all revisit them again (as if we needed the excuse!) Warts and all- we are still a tribe folks. Dysfunctional at times, but related by a common bond..

LONG LIVE THE DEAD AND ALL DEADHEADS!!.... "And God bless us every one!" (Tiny Tim)
